Food Inc.

I cannot wait to see Food Inc., the new movie by Emmy Award winner Robert Kenner, exposing the ugly truth behind the US food industry. I am most excited that Kenner partnered with some of my favorite writers – Eric Schlosser and Michael Pollan – to help him uncover what we’re really eating and why we should all eat local, organic, sustainable foods.     Did you see the film yet? It is truly appalling. I’m sure what they didn’t portray is even more startling than what they were able to show.
